The Fortress Diagnostics in vitro RF-Turbidimetric test is intended for the quantitative in vitro determination of rheumatoid factors in human serum and plasma. Rheumatoid factors are a heterogeneous group of autoantibodies directed against the antigenic determinants on the Fc-region of IgG molecules.
